TERMS & CONDITIONS

* No backing out after submitting your orders! Please be sure before you submit.
* Bidding will occur if two parties are keen in an item and one has offered a lot of interest in it. Pending items are still available for sale.
* Payments are to be made within 1-2 working days after confirmation of order. Do inform me if you're unable to make it in time.
* I have the right to cancel any pre-orders & refunds will be made.
* All goods sold are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Payment Bank transfer/IB is preferred.Cash upon delivery is available. I do not do concealed cash.
* Meetups is always available at Orchard MRT( outside the gate ).Pls note that goods passed over the barrier will be imposed a FINE. Any other areas is considered as charged delivery. Charges will depend on the location given.

* Postage is now available. :D Normal mail will be $1.00 - $1.50 depending on weight of items. I will advise you the postage rates. Registered postage is highly recommended. Reg. postage will be $3.50. Any additional charges, will inform you before sending out the item.
